Carson's in Ann Arbor is an eclectic American restaurant with a hint of Western and Southwestern accents. The entry features a massive stone fireplace. The restaurant also offers a private dining area for parties up to 35 people. The décor has rich earth tones, brick, natural stone and stained woods with tile floors. Outdoor patio dining will be available in season with an open hearth fireplace.
Carson's features a wide array of American favorites including panko fried artichoke hearts and burger bites as appetizers. An excellent variety of entry salads will showcase the Montana Cobb, Heirloom Tomato and a Southwest Chicken Caesar.
Although Carson's serves burgers and sandwiches, emphasis is on the entrée selections featuring items such as Black Angus steaks and Prime Rib, Bison, Baby Back Ribs and various fresh seafood dishes including Cedar Planked Salmon and Almond Crusted Whitefish.
